Rotor assembly kit for Bornemann E2H 1024 mono pumps / progressive cavity pumps

Small parts required to connect a rotor:

• 1 screw
• 2 o-rings
• 1 zyko sleeve
• 2 protective caps

Our recommendation: Replace the stator at the same time as the rotor. It usually wears out faster than the rotor and should be replaced now at the latest. - It is best to purchase both from a single source. This will ensure that the rotor and stator are optimally matched! During maintenance the joints on the rotor and drive shaft should also be checked and replaced if necessary. Before reassembly, also inspect the flat gasket (drawing position 25) between the pump casing and the bearing bracket. Is it torn or otherwise damaged?

A tip from our workshop: Send us your old joints. We will check and repair them for you. In most cases this can be done by replacing a few wearing parts. Good for the environment and good for your wallet!
