All the parts you need to replace a worn mechanical seal. A mechanical seal normally consists of two components: a rotating unit and a stationary ring. In most cases, an O-ring is also used for sealing. Our spare parts kit contains everything you need to replace a faulty mechanical seal. Notes: This type of pump is fitted with either a soft packing/stuffing box packing or a mechanical seal. The mechanical seal is technically more demanding and has a few advantages. However, because it is somewhat more expensive, it is used less frequently. If you are not sure what is installed in your pump, we will of course be happy to help you! Depending on the area of application of your pump, various different mechanical seal designs can be used. In most cases this is the type "MG1", more rarely "M7N" or a "double-acting mechanical seal". The same applies here, of course: simply contact us if you are not sure.
