Repair or complete maintenance of your Bornemann E2H 1024 progressing cavity pump / mono pump

In the case of a repair, the first thing that matters is a quick diagnosis. Some things you can do yourself, others our trained staff will be happy to discuss with you. Is there any unusual noise? Is the pump warmer than usual in the area of the stator? Is there any loss of performance or leaks? We recommend suitable measures for this and provide the necessary spare parts and tools. We repair a pump on your premises or in our workshops.

First, we disassemble your pump. We then clean and inspect all parts. We replace or repair defective or worn parts. In most cases, we replace the usual wear parts such as the stator, rotor, joints and seals. If necessary – or at your request – we can also replace the drive shaft and coupling rod. Finally, we reassemble and test the pump according to our strict maintenance guidelines.

If you wish, we can also give the pump a new coat of paint at the end of the process. It will look like new again! We also recommend a new coat of paint to preserve your pump and to quickly detect any defects or contamination.
Your pump will then perform well again and have a long service life. Almost like a new pump!
