Reliability Made in Germany

We produce our own range of mono pumps: the ‘B Series’. The pumps correspond to the familiar EH and EL series from ITT-Bornemann in terms of dimensions, connections and available versions. They are available with DIN and ANSI connections.
You also have a choice of other options, such as
- Material of the housing
- Material of parts in contact with the media (steel and elastomers)
- Different seal types and manufacturers
- Design according to ASME / API 676
We therefore offer compatible alternatives for customers who have previously used Bornemann* progressive cavity pumps and wish to continue to enjoy the benefits of these products.
Our pumps are used worldwide and are an important component in all processes in which sludge and waste, solids-laden liquids, paints, foodstuffs, viscose or non-Newtonian fluids are conveyed. Their constant flow rate also makes them ideal for dosing applications.
Our product range extends from the small BEL164 to the large BEH6300. Depending on the application, they are available in a short block design (‘BEL’) or in a long design (‘BEH’).
- Fludyn progressing cavity pumps can be used to pump all media containing solids.
- Fluids are conveyed and metered without pulsation
- Promotion of foodstuffs, also with pieces
- Resistant pump elements for pumping abrasive media such as milk of lime and mortar
- Drop fit – The pumps that we supply are designed with connection dimensions that comply with the Bornemann* standard. For other manufacturers, we offer correspondingly adapted units or supplementary adapters. This means that our pumps can usually be easily installed in existing environments without modification.
Designs as:
- Block design (type ‘EL’), with directly flange-mounted geared motor, very compact, also for vertical mounting in units
- Standard (type ‘EH’): With clutch and geared motor on a common base plate
- Hopper pumps for media with high solids content
- Vertical progressing cavity pumps for installation in tanks and containers
