We offer our customers our own series of eccentric screw pumps / mono pumps – our “B series”. Our “B-series” corresponds to the well-known ITT-Bornemann series in terms of the dimensions and connections as well as the available versions. The “B series” pumps are available with both DIN and ANSI connections.

In addition, our customers can choose from various other options, such as

  • Material of the housing
  • Material of parts in contact with the media (steel and elastomers)
  • Div. seal variants and manufacturers
  • Marine classifications
  • Design according to ASME / API 676

This means that we offer absolutely compatible alternatives for customers who have previously used eccentric screw pumps / mono pumps from Bornemann* and want to continue to benefit from the advantages of this product.

Our pumps are used worldwide and are an important component in all processes in which sludge and waste, solids-laden liquids, paints, foodstuffs, viscose or non-Newtonian fluids are conveyed. Due to their constant flow rate, they are also well suited for dosing applications.

Our product range extends from small BEL164 pumps to large BEH6300 pumps. Depending on where they are used, they are available in both a short block design (“BEL”) and a longer design (“BEH”).

You can obtain our pumps both “bare”, i.e. without a motor as a replacement pump, with a motor as a “unit” and, on request, also mounted ready for use on a stable base plate.

  • Fludyn eccentric screw pumps / mono pumps are used to pump all media containing solids
  • Fluids are conveyed and metered without pulsation
  • Promotion of food, also with pieces
  • Resistant pump elements for pumping abrasive media such as milk of lime and mortar
  • Drop fit – The pumps we supply have connection dimensions that comply with the Bornemann* standard. For other manufacturers, we offer correspondingly adapted units or supplementary adapters. This means that our pumps can usually be easily installed in existing environments without modification.

Designs as:

  • Block design, with directly flange-mounted gear motor, very compact also for vertical mounting in units
  • Standard: With coupling and gear motor on a common base plate
  • Funnel pumps for media with high solids content
  • Vertical progressive cavity pumps for installation in tanks and containers
