Repair Kit Stator + Rotor E2H 6300

Repair kit stator + rotor for Bornemann E2H 6300 mono pumps / progressing cavity pumps

Contains all the spare parts you need to replace the stator and rotor.

Consists of:
1x stator
1x matching rotor
1x 'rotor assembly kit' with small parts

Note: The assembly kit is required to connect the rotor to the coupling rod.

Our recommendation: Depending on the liquid being pumped (e.g. oils) one rotor may still be in good condition. The rotor then needs to be replaced less often than the stator. However, buy both from the same supplier. This will ensure that the stator and rotor are a good match. For complete maintenance, you should also check the two joints on the rotor and drive shaft and replace them if necessary. Also pay attention to the large seal (drawing position 025) between the pump casing and the bearing casing!

Our tip: You can send us your old joints. We will check and repair them for you. In most cases this can be done by replacing a few wearing parts. This is good for the environment and your wallet!
