The larger screw pumps are used in particular as transfer pumps or as loading pumps on inland waterway vessels and medium-sized tankers. They ensure that ships are loaded and unloaded in the shortest possible time and that stripping is always guaranteed. They are also used in the machine room as main lubricating oil and ballast pump .
