Repair or complete maintenance of your ITT-Bornemann* EH 236 mono pump (progressing cavity pump)

Is your pump no longer working at full capacity? Has it been standing for a long time, is it making noises, is it getting too hot, or has it stopped turning? Would you like to have the pump serviced as a precaution against damage? – Then book our repair and maintenance service!

In the case of a repair, the first thing that matters is a quick diagnosis. There are a few things you can do yourself, whilst our trained staff will be happy to go through others with you. Is there any unusual noise? Is the pump warmer than usual in the area of the stator? Is there any loss of performance or leaks? We recommend suitable measures for this and provide the necessary spare parts and tools. We repair a pump on your premises or in our workshops.

First, we disassemble your pump. We then clean and inspect all parts. Defective or worn parts are repaired or replaced with our Fludyn spare parts. In most cases, we replace the usual wear parts, such as the stator, rotor, joints and seals. If necessary – or at your request – we can also replace the drive shaft and the coupling rod. If necessary, we will install a new gear motor that is compatible with your pump. Finally, we reassemble the pump and test it in accordance with our strict maintenance guidelines.

If you wish, we can finish off by giving the pump a fresh coat of paint. It will look like new again! We also recommend repainting the pump to protect it and to enable you to spot any defects or dirt quickly.

Your pump will then perform well again and have a long service life. Almost like a new pump!
