Spare Part Kit Stator + Rotor E2H 6300.1

Contains all the spare parts you will need to replace the stator and the rotor. Suitable for Fludyn BE2H 6300.1 and ITT-Bornemann* E2H 6300.1 progressing cavity pumps / mono pumps.

Consisting of:
1x Stator
1x matching Rotor
1x “Rotor Assembly Kit” with small parts

Note: The mounting kit is required to connect the rotor to the coupling rod.

Our recommendation: Depending on the pumped medium (e.g. oils) a rotor may still be in good condition. The Rotor then needs to be replaced less frequently than the Stator. However, please purchase both from the same supplier. This ensures that the Stator and Rotor are well matched.

For complete maintenance, you should also check and, if necessary, replace both joints on the Rotor and the Drive shaft. Also pay attention to the large seal (drawing position: 25) between the pump housing and bearing housing!

Our tip: You can send us your old joints. We will then check and repair them for you. In most cases, this is possible by replacing a few wearing parts. This protects the environment and your wallet!
