Spare parts kit stator + rotor EH 4500

Contains all the spare parts you will need to replace the stator and the rotor. Suitable for Fludyn BEH 4500 and ITT-Bornemann* EH 4500 progressing cavity pumps / mono pumps.

Consisting of:
1x stator
1x matching rotor
1x ‘mounting kit rotor’ with small parts

Note: The mounting kit is required to connect the rotor to the coupling rod.

Our recommendation: Depending on the pumped medium (e.g. oils) a rotor may still be in good condition. The rotor then needs to be replaced less often than the stator. However, buy both from the same supplier. This ensures that stator and rotor are well matched.

For complete maintenance, you should also check the two joints on the rotor and on the drive shaft and replace them if necessary. Also pay attention to the large seal (drawing position: 25) between the pump housing and the bearing housing!

Our tip: You can send us your old joints. We will then check and repair them for you. In most cases, this is possible by replacing a few wearing parts. This protects the environment and your wallet!
