Stator for BV 5 oil separator or bilge pumps

Suitable for Blohm + Voss BV 5 oil separator or bilge pumps. Our stators are made in Germany. They are available in various materials (elastomers) and with dark or light elastomers. The standard stator is black on the inside, made of NBR, and does not yet have a hole for fitting a temperature sensor (“TSE hole”).

Our recommendation: After dismantling the pump, also check the condition of the rotor. Does it have any scoring or areas of chipping in the layer of chrome? Are there other indications of wear? It is best to purchase the stator and rotor from a single source. This ensures they are perfectly matched. For a complete service, you should also check the joints and the drive shaft and replace them if necessary. Before reassembling, also check the large flat gasket (drawing position 25) between the pump housing and the bearing housing: Does it have cracks or other damage?

Options

TSE drilling: This is a predrilled hole for screwing in a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor can be used to switch off the pump before it gets too hot. This happens, for example, when it runs dry. We are happy to supply the stator with a suitable temperature sensor.
