Oil separators, marine pumps, transfer pumps
Fludyn oil separators and bilge pumps are compatible with the TSP*, BV*, BV_A* and HDW* marine pumps manufactured by SKF* and, in the past, also by Blohm & Voss* or HDW*. They have identical mounting dimensions and are 1:1 interchangeable.
We manufacture TSP pumps, ranging from the small TSP 0.25 to the TSP 10 and TSP 10L.
We manufacture older pumps of the BV_A and BV (Blohm+Voss*) or HDW (Howaldtswerke Deutsche Werft)* types in sizes ranging from BV 0.25 to BV_10 and BV 0.25 A to BV_10 A.
We manufacture almost the entire range of pumps for all these series and can supply suitable FluDyn replacement pumps with flow rates from 0.25 to 10 m³/h.
- Drop fit – The oil separators and bilge pumps we supply have connection dimensions that comply with the SKF*, BV*, BV_A* and HDW* standards.
For other manufacturers, we offer correspondingly adapted units or supplementary adapters. This means that our pumps can usually be easily installed in existing environments without modification.
Designs as:
- Block design, with directly flange-mounted geared motor, very compact, also for vertical installation on ships
- Vertical progressing cavity pumps for installation in tanks and containers
Housing: grey cast iron, VA cast iron as well as steel, stainless steel and DUPLEX steel in welded shafts: 1.4021…. 1.4462 (DUPLEX)
Stators: NBR, EPDM, HNBR, FPM, CSM also in food grades
Seals: Soft-packed seals, single- and double-acting mechanical seals, including those with supply systems in accordance with API Plan

Powerful screw pumps are usually used as transfer pumps. Our sister company will design and customise them for you. Typical applications include the pumping of oil and petroleum products on tankers or at oil depots.
