Fludyn mono pumps / progressing cavity pumps

FluDyn manufactures its own range of progressing cavity pumps: the ‘B Series’. The pumps cover flow rates ranging from 0.1 m³/h to 300 m³/h and are therefore suitable for all standard applications. They are suitable as a drop-fit solution for replacing old ITT-Bornemann* progressive cavity pumps. However, FluDyn’s B-series pumps correspond to the former EH and EL series from ITT-Bornemann* in terms of dimensions, performance data and available models. This applies to pumps with both DIN and ANSI connections.

You also have a choice of other options, such as

  • Material of the housing
  • Material of parts in contact with the medium (joints, shafts and elastomers)
  • Various types of seals and manufacturers
  • Design according to ASME / API 676

FluDyn therefore offers its own range of pumps as a compatible alternative for customers who have previously used ITT-Bornemann* progressive cavity pumps and wish to continue using similar products.

Our pumps are used worldwide and are an important component in all processes in which sludge and waste, solids-laden liquids, paints, foodstuffs, viscose or non-Newtonian fluids are conveyed. Their constant flow rate also makes them ideal for dosing applications.

Our product range extends from the small BEL164 to the large BEH6300. Depending on the application, they are available in a short block design (‘BEL’) or in a long design (‘BEH’).

  • Fludyn progressing cavity pumps can be used to pump all media containing solids.
  • Fluids are conveyed and metered without pulsation
  • Promotion of foodstuffs, also with pieces
  • Resistant pump elements for pumping abrasive media such as milk of lime and mortar
  • Drop fit – Our FluDyn pumps can be supplied with connection dimensions and performance data that comply with the Bornemann* standard. We also offer customised units or additional adapters for other manufacturers. This means that our pumps can usually be easily installed in existing environments without modification.

Designs as:

  • Block design (BEL type): With a directly flanged gear motor, very compact and suitable for vertical installation in power units
  • Standard (Type BEH): With coupling and gear motor mounted on a common base plate
  • Hopper pumps for media with high solids content
  • Vertical progressing cavity pumps for installation in tanks and containers
