Note: For this small pump size there are no pre-assembled joints. We supply this joint to you as a kit. The individual joint parts are mounted on the shaft ends one after the other.

Joints have a long life span. However, like all moving parts, they are consumable and will wear out over time. Your progressing cavity pump has two joints that wear out at approximately the same rate. We recommend replacing both joints at the same time.

A tip from our workshop: It doesn’t always have to be new joints! In most cases, it is sufficient to overhaul the joints. All you have to do is send us your joints and we will service them for you! We check them for damage, hairline cracks and signs of wear and tear. We replace the bushes, bolts, zyco sleeves and some small parts and fill the joint with new grease. This will give your joints a long life again. – This not only helps the environment, but also your wallet.
