Joints have a long life span. However, like all moving parts, they are consumable and will wear out over time. Your progressing cavity pump has two joints that wear at roughly the same rate. We recommend replacing both joints at the same time.

A tip from our workshop: They don’t always have to be new joints! In most cases, it is sufficient to overhaul the joints. All you have to do is send us your joints and we will service them for you! We check them for damage, hairline cracks and signs of wear and tear. We replace the bushes, bolts, zyco sleeves and some small parts and fill the joint with new grease. This will give your joints a long life again. – This not only helps the environment, but also your wallet.
