Repair kit stator + rotor for Bornemann EL 1900 mono pumps / progressing cavity pumps

Contains all the spare parts you will need to replace the stator and the rotor.

Consisting of:
1x stator
1x matching rotor
1x ‘mounting kit rotor’ with small parts

Note: The mounting kit is required to connect the rotor to the coupling rod.

Our recommendation: Depending on the pumped medium (e.g. oils) a rotor may still be in good condition. This means that the rotor does not need to be replaced as often as the stator. However, buy both from the same supplier. This ensures that the stator and rotor are well matched to each other.

As part of the complete service, you should also check the two joints on the rotor and on the drive shaft and replace them, if necessary. Also pay attention to the large seal (drawing position 025) between the pump housing and bearing housing!

Our tip: You can send us your old joints. We will then check and repair them for you. In most cases, this is possible by replacing a few wearing parts. This protects the environment and your wallet!
