Stator for E2H 1024 mono pumps

Suitable for Fludyn BE2H 1024 and ITT-Bornemann* E2H 1024 progressing cavity pumps / mono pumps. Our stators are made in Germany. They are available in various materials (elastomers) and with dark or light elastomers. The standard stator is black on the inside, made of NBR, and does not yet have a hole for fitting a temperature sensor (“TSE hole”).

Our recommendation: After dismantling the pump, also check the condition of the rotor. Does it have any scoring or areas of chipping in the layer of chrome? Are there other indications of wear? Depending on the substance you are pumping (e.g. toothpaste or substances containing a high proportion of solids), a rotor can wear out quite quickly. It is best to buy the stator and rotor from a single source. This will ensure that they are perfectly matched. As part of a full service, you should also check the joints and the drive shaft and replace them if necessary. Before reassembling, also check the large flat gasket (item 25 in the drawing) between the pump housing and the bearing housing: does it have any cracks or other damage?

Our tip: Is your stator wearing out relatively quickly? Perhaps it is due to the medium you are pumping. The inner material of the stators (‘elastomer’) is suited to different media to varying degrees. – Please contact us. We will work with you to find the elastomer that is best suited to your application!

Options

The elastomeris available in black colour (this is the standard) or in light colour. The light colour is used to pump light-coloured lacquers or light-coloured food. This prevents the slightest abrasion of the elastomer compound from changing the colour of the medium. However, regardless of the colour of the elastomer, all our stators are suitable for use with food.

TSE drilling: This is a predrilled hole for screwing in a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor can be used to switch off the pump before it gets too hot. This happens, for example, when it runs dry. We are happy to supply the stator with a suitable temperature sensor.

Inlet cone: Our stators are available with a conical inlet cone, also known as an ‘inlet cone’. This achieves better suction behaviour. Our recommendation: The surcharge is low and the pump sucks better. In some applications, the power consumption of your pump will even be reduced!
